I was actually talking about the green centerline lighting on taxiways. DAFIF and FAA do a pretty good job of defining this sort of thing for the actual runways, but little data is available for taxiways.

I buried the reference to taxiway lighting in the third line of the section you quoted.


To expand on that point, my guess was that they may go together, since they're both designed for extremely low visibility -- there's not likely much need for centreline lighting on a runway or taxiway in normal (CAT I) ILS minima of a 200 ft ceiling and 0.5 statute mile visibility, though that yellow line can be hard to see at night with my little landing light.
