1. How do I start with the external view activated (like hitting "v" once fg is running)?
add --prop:/sim/current-view/view-number=1
2 How do I start with mouse stearing (cross hair pointer) activated? (like hitting once the right mouse button once fg is running)?
add --prop:/devices/status/mice/mouse[0]/mode=2
