Thanks Jon I downloaded a program call Audacity which allows me to change the Khz but it does not tell me if it is 8bit or not. Also when it changes the Khz it changes the length of the recording so it still sounds the same(slow) in FG. You don't happen to know a program(free) that I could use for the changes.
