I see the file Aircraft/747/747-yasim-set.xml contains a question:

Depending on where you look, I've seen
[ 1, 5, 10, 20, 25, 30 ] or [ 5, 10, 15, 20, 30 ].
Maybe it's a customer option?
This document:

says that flaps 1 gives you inboard and mid leading edge flaps. Flaps 5 gives
you the outboard LE flaps and sets trailing edge flaps to 5.
