..early implementations of this had the left spoiler dump lift on left
wheel touch-down and right on right, after a couple of exiting arrivals,
these systems were modified to ignore the right wheel and trig all
spoilers on the left wheel touch-down.

..having experienced a few cross wind arrivals in TwinOtters  ;-)
I wonder if any planes can be set up to trig the spoilers from the 
right wheel for right side cross winds, with say a cockpit switch?
