Thanks, this helps. I have another two questions regarding command line
parameters (more might follow):
1.) When setting '--control=mouse' I'd expect to see the crosshairs
which represent the mouse controls, but this is not the case. I see
the usual red mouse pointer and now I'm wondering how I manage to
enable mouse controls from the command line.
2.) How do I engage the parking brake for the default aircraft from the
command line right from the beginning ?
