Melchior,

I'm a bit concerned that you feel disturbed by the current version of the
A-10. FG isn't a life or death thing to me - I might agree or disagree with
what other people might think or say but none of it is important enough to
disturb me.

I find it telling that you pick on the A-10 to express your unhappiness - it
is the only a/c that I've done in FG that hasn't been updated to remove some
of this duplicated data but I'm also surprised that you don't realise why
I've done it that way, especially as you should be aware of the directions
I've been trying out with my other aircraft.

The obvious, to me at least, way ahead will be for each aircraft to have it's
own custom panels and sound effects, and to this end I just bundled
everything that was used by the a/c into the directory until I could improve
it. The down-side is that while the a/c is still being developed, as it
obviously still is, there will be a degree of duplicated data.

The up-side is that if you are seriously disturbed by the A-10 you can safely
delete the entire a10 directory without worrying about messing anything else
up.

Well, that's me done with being polite. If you think that it's ok to publicly
state that what I've been trying to do is misbehaviour, you can f**k off.

Do not e-mail me privately.
