...over at Groklaw, we're really more amused than worried about such
Nigerian 419 style piracy in American courts.  The best part is we're
gonna get the GPL set firmly as case law first on IBM and then on
Microsoft funding.   Do I hear "tremble damages"?  ;-)

..I would worry a fair bit more about "other" free licensed projects, as
they may be targetted by scamsters "buying up and enforcing IP rights"
like SCO and Peter Tishma purports and purported to.

..so, we do need to keep our eyes open to avoid running into 
the next Microsoft funded ambushes in courts.  Is as simple as 
reading license etc terms _first_, and then _carefully_ consider 
your theoretical options, they _are_ pretty real to Lindows in 
the Benelux area.  ;-)
