Did you have a specific aircraft in mind? single engine, light twin, or a
commercial 'biggie'?

You can use something like Opengc (www.opengc.org) to build an instruments
package to run on a seperate monitor(s) and connect to FG via a LAN,
Or did you want actual instruments?
