Olivier You mean flying with FlightGear, as in off the ground, right? The developers (and I'm not one) take a lot of trouble to make FlightGear as realistic as possible. *BUT* if you took a laptop up in the sky in IMC, in the hope that the screen would show you a realistic view of the outside world, you'd have to be mad, and it's probably not legal. If there isn't a disclaimer somewhere on www.flightgear.org to say that the data are not to be used for real flight, then there should be! Don't even think about it!
