I witnessed a lot of discussion about joysticks with flightgear under windows, and the swapped axis problem. But when I connected this one, the only problem I had was that the default joystick mapping didn't include rudder control! Anyway, I made an xml based off of the Cyborg Gold 3D USB xml file and it works pretty well for me.
