The changes made a couple of weeks ago to handle the new VOR/DME/LOC/GS
database stuff may have introduced a bug.

Whilst the cross track error is calculated correctly for VOR/DME radios
the cross-track error is wrongly signed for ILS LOCalisers.
The corss track error is correctly signed when the aircraft is flying
away from the airport.

I don't think the faults lies with Navcom.cxx get_nav_cdi_xtrack_error

I think the problem is that _nav_target_radial is being calculated 180
degs wrong for LOCalisers.

I'll be interested to hear what the panel says. 8-)
