Is there a reason you absolutely need it? Using double-sided rendering for typical convex objects almost always doubles the fill rate required to render your model, because you are rendering the "back side" too. Even for perfectly flat surfaces, all it saves is a few triangles of geometry. You are also forced to use the same texture coordinates for such a triangle, which is rarely what you want; one side ends up looking "mirrored". Unless you have a lot of these things, it's probably simples to render them normally and just duplicate them as needed.
