Don't think so, reflector, graticule, and propeller disk all wrong? I
originally thought that the texture had lost its transparency, (and I
_think_ that's the problem with the version in cvs), so blend wouldn't work,
of course. I've rebuilt the texture definitely with transparency, and it
still doesn't work locally. 

PLIB is the candidate for the source of the problem, then?
