I've written a small class to load waypoints into the autopilot from an XML file. It's working but the aircraft will severely oscillate on occasion. Any ideas where I should start to minimize the oscillations?

You need to adjust the PID controllers in the autopilot XML files for the part of the autopilot that is oscillating.There is a tutorial somewhere in the docs that will explain how they work if you don,t already know.
