..guys, 'apt-get install mathomatic', then try the above equation in it:
Each equation must have one, and only one, equals sign (=).
Absolute value notation (|x|) and "+/-" are understood.
1-> rpm_norm * (1.11 - rpm_norm * (0.15 * rpm_norm + 0.25)) = 0

              111              3*rpm_norm   1
#1: rpm_norm*(--- - (rpm_norm*(---------- + -))) = 0
              100                  20       4
