Well, obviously the network is attractive enough for users to let
people agree to these rules. Personally I would not object to setting
up such rules:
If people want to have a private communication channel, then, why not -
everyone is allowed to set up such a voice communication service. If
somebody really wishes to practice correct praseology then it's
unlikely that he'll object to rules that allow him to actually _get_
that practice.
