I see that freeglut-2.2 defines FREEGLUT_VERSION_2_0 = 1
Can anyonen with freeglut-2.4 look and see if it leaves any
differentiable defines that are different from freeglut-2.2 and
different from freeglut-cvs? It's probably possible to craft some sort
of ugliness into the configure script, but I'd be a little nervous about
doing something this close to the v0.9.9 release.
