This must be one of the lesser flewn models in FG. Two years has passed
since the last patch, and noone has noticed that Erik forgot (tsk tsk) that
there are /two/ rotors on the Chinook.

Make also the other rotor (collective) work the same way as the first
rotor. (and same as bo105, i.e. zero "throttle" on the joystick throttle axis
means full lift).
