You are right, something is way off there. I did some work on the nav radios recently so I'll take responsibility for this one. I probably won't get a chance to dig in seriously until later this evening. It looks to me like the radial is way off for some reason ... If you extrapolate the approach direction, you'll intersect just off the opposite end of the runway where the localizer is placed, and you fly a reasonable glide slope based on where the glide slope is placed, so somehow the localizer heading is way off ...
