Yep, looks like the pilot is circumnavigating the flash. He/she must have a very short reaction time ;-) This is more to the maintainer of the citation: I don't think the citation has an ADF antenna-wire. But if it has, I am quite sure it will connect to the top of the fuselage and not to its left side. (You may call me pedantic now...)
