Are you running the latest version of fgfs?
The infuriating notification box you mention was fixed to disappear even when
the sim is paused after a set amount of time; I'm sure you could "adjust"
that period.

I'm running FG 0.9.8a. Unfortunately I'm not in a position to be able to upgrade from that for a while (right in the middle of a build cycle of my code that depends upon that version.) How would I go about changing that in 0.9.8a?
