The real weather system checks once every minute for a closer weather
station than was polled last time. If one exists it will fetch that
weather. Otherwise, if you havnen't flown near another station for more
than 15 minutes, it will refetch the local station again. The weather
data for any particular station may not update every hour though, so you
may want to check the source. You also have to enable real weather
fetching to get any real weather.
