It is stable. It's just the pending release that keeps me from submitting. But if it'll take a while to fix the remaining JSBSim aircraft configs, then we can as well apply it now. :-) Don't know about Win binaries. I'm not releasing any builds, and if I would, then they'd be for Linux.
