yes 115V at 400Hz is correct. the other property is, for the engines, if
the generators are not disconnected (via the Generator Drive Disconnect
Switch in the Standby Panel).

afaik the 737-300 is using a Garrett 85-129. the other properties needed
are the current alititude:
- up to FL10: APU Bleed + Electrical load
- up to FL17: APU Bleed only
- up to FL35: Electrical load
