ACK, there are similarities - who wonders ....  :-)
I'd say there's no significant notice of the white blades unless I
reduce to approx. 1500 with the Thielert engine. Our dark-gray
Sensenich props on 'real' Cessna and Archer start getting visible
somewhere between 1500 and 2000 - I think the rest ist depending on the
sun angle and intensity.
Anyhow, 'visibility' of the prop disk is always varying and depends on
if you really try to look at it or if you try to determine its
visibility while you're staing at the horizon,
