No need to be naive here, do it the right way right from the start, 
ask them if we can put it in FG.  

..yields a yes or no, in the latter case we get a "little more" work
to do.  As long as we remain squeaky clean, it will in any case be
cheaper and quicker than any lawsuit from a Microsoft litigation
proxy.
