I've already checked, the nvidia's drivers are redistributable as
long as they're not modified.
I'll borrow some of the scripts and ideas from ELive (Enlightenment
live cd) and Kororaa (Xgl live cd), which are both live cds that
requires hardware accelerated X and they have shipped nvidia and ati
drivers (fglrx).
At the same time, I probably need more info and testing with ATI
drivers, and I only got nvidias myself...
