Hello.
I'm Japanese FlightGear user. I've developed GUI front-end for
MacFlightGear, called "FlightGear Alternative", and put that on:

There is no English instruction yet. But maybe you don't need that
really. It's currently compatible with Arther Wiebe's build of
MacFlightGear and PowerPC Macs.
I think it's best if integrated-startup-GUI were made. But Mac
platform even does not have GUI front-end like other platforms(as far
as I know), and even just using command line is little difficult. I
hope this would be help to more Mac user can enjoy FlightGear.
