There seems to be a bug in the FGRouteMgr::make_waypoint function
The relevant section of the backtrace from gdb.

I was able to replicate the same message for both setting a way point
and reseting fgfs.
Planes used for testing:-

- b1900d
- Citation-II
Version: Flightgear CVS with latest data
I have saved the full backtrace for all three threads if required.
