This was happening here yesterday morning - no usage of the route manager, just trying to move to another airport with the list box was enough to get a segfault. I did have BTs but didn't bother saving them since I was really (supposed to be!) busy with other things and it seemed 100% repeatable. Since I was short of time and there was an easy workaround (i.e. don't use the list box!) I just left it for later... I'll play with it again later on today I hope and let you know what I get.
