It was a clear and rather hot they (28 degrees Celsius) causing most 
people to be outside of their homes which as the main reason for 
relatively little casualties (22 people killed, but about 1000 injured 
of which 102 permanently).

He says you are seeing the images delayed which clearly shows the power 
of the last explosion. The roofs of the buildings get literally blasted 
away.
