I don't think there is, but this a part of David Luff's ATC code, which I'm 
actually not so familiar with. It looks like the default.approach and 
default.ground files contain radio frequencies, the airportID.taxi files also 
contain groundnet work information, but this is again fro Dave's ATC / AI 
system. I drew a lot of inspiration from Dave's original work, but decided to 
follow my own plan, instead of trying to adapt Dave's file format, as there 
were some additional requirements. 

Last time David and I talked about AI/ATC development, Dave indicated having a 
preference to base all the AI work on the AIModels subsystem. The AIModels 
system uses the xml based ground network system, so I wouldn't be surprised 
if the *.taxi files would be no further developed.

This is something that I would like to see myself as well. I haven't really 
investigated how much work it would yield to implement this using the current 
flightgear architecture.
