I haven't received a personal confirmation from Frans, yet, but he put our logo on the FSWeekend website, so it looks like we're in. http://www.fsweekend.com/exhibitors.php Robin, it would be great if you could bring an additional desktop. I will bring two desktops and a laptop. I'm installing a stock 0.9.10 windows install on my windows desktop and have the bleeding edge development version running on my Linux box (including lots of traffic, a brand new 3D model of EHAM, the full worldwide scenery database, and the full archive from Jon Stockill's object database). I'm also planning to install the full worldwide scenery database on the windows machine, but other than that, I'd like to keep that one pretty basic. As for giving a demo in the video room, that sounds interesting. If you can work something out, that would be great. Also, feel free to send me your powerpoint presentation, so I can put it on my laptop. It might be a good idea to plan a bit ahead with regard to the type of demo we'd like to give. I'm trying to build a few more groundnetworks for various airports, so that we could demo some small commuter type airline flights between some of the major European airports (e.g. between Amsterdam and London, or Amsterdam and Paris). In order to make it look smooth and professional, it might be a good idea to have some flightplans ready for these flights. I'm currently updating Atlas / plib / and Taxidraw on my laptop, so we could use the laptop to demonstrate these programs as well. The hosts of the show, the Aviodrome museum, has requested that exhibitors involve the public in their demos, and make it an educational event, especially for children. Another thing to think of is that we don't have internet access in the Aviodrome, so automatic metar weather fetch won't work. It might be neat to set-up some interesting weather scenario's. I can probably borrow a surplus 17" CRT from work, and if worst comes to worst, I can also borrow my work computer's keyboard / mouse. I also have a network switch, and loads of ethernet cable, which I'll bring along. Cheers, Durk ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Take Surveys. Earn Cash.
