You could simply wait two minutes there and count how many rotations it does in that time. It's precise enough to me.
I know, that's not very important to the simulation 'cause it does not influnce other aspects of the simulation, it's just a visual widget, but I'd prefer those antennas to move in a realistic way anyway.
