If you use an old release I'm not surprised you wouldn't find any vaguely 
recent developments.  In fact, I used grep(1) myself just now to locate the 
file name for you :-)

One shouldn't expect the documentation of a project like this to be 100% up to 
date, especially when referring to fairly trivial features.  Development 
happens quite quickly in FGFS and great new features are being added all the 
time.  It's well worth running a CVS version to keep abreast of them...

I had honestly thought that giving both the menu entry location and digging 
out the file name was being quite helpful...

I have to say that I'm not sure whether to be amused or a bit annoyed that I'm 
being accused (by implication) of lying about this...

Still, it's nice to see such faith in our documentation... perhaps you can 
provide Martin or Stuart with a patch documenting this feature to save others 
suffering from the same disappointment you've experienced :-)
