It would not surprise me that this is in the FDM (JSBSim). The current version of JSBSim implemented in FlightGear is an older one. Probably we should move the current JSBSim in JSBSim CVS into FlightGear now. In that version, the ground reactions code is much better, though not yet completely tested. Jon -- Jon S.
