Hi Francois,

the parameters you are searching for are not in the property tree. But 
the control axes, which are linear to these:
/controls/flight/rudder
/controls/engines/engine[0]/throttle
/controls/flight/elevator
/controls/flight/aileron

(additional some trim values are also added, but if you don't use them...)
