In http://cvs.flightgear.org/cgi-bin/viewvc/viewvc.cgi/data/Aircraft/Ki-84/ people can now select branch "COMPAT_0_9_10" and download the archive (tar.gz link on the bottom). This contains the n/N keys bindings, while HEAD is the place where the Ki-84 shall be maintained to be compatible with the next release.
