I am by no means an expert, but I took the liberty of running the
numbers through aeromatic again.  It looks like the original author
generated the prop based on 1000 hp, then changed the numbers to 1300
hp.  I started with 1300 hp, as a result aeromatic generated a different
tables for power and thrust.

I hand massaged the pitch to 17/32 as in the original file, and I
lowered the diameter from 141.7 to 132 because it wouldn't start with
141.7 as a diameter.

As a side note, the engine claims a displacement of 250 cubic inches and
an output of 1300 horsepower!   I suspect something isn't right.
Aeromatic suggests a 1300 hp piston engine should displace ~2080 cubes.
