You shouldn't really use LD_LIBRARY_PATH at all - see here (and no offence meant): http://linuxmafia.com/faq/Admin/ld-lib-path.html Cyprien: Run 'ldconfig' as root (or sudo) after building FG and associated code: > sudo /sbin/ldconfig This will update the libs cache.
