Concerning the pa28-161; I had moved the radio stack and VOR heads from
the pa24-250 to the Instruments-3d so the pa28-161 could use them in the
osg branch. This required the "pick" implemented in osg to function.

In the plib branch, I would have to implement the tedious panel hot
spots to make this work for the VOR heads, and I viewed this as throw
away work.

Do we still want to include the pa28-161 without the radio stack and hot
spots? I could add the radio stack and panel hot spot to the plib
pa28-161 in perhaps a half day of trial and error.

By the way, the pa24-250 version in the /data/plib branch is
significantly down-level as the recent updates were osg specific. I
have all these updates in a plib-only version on my system as I use the
plib version for practicing IFR approaches due to the strange view
inside a cloud layer in osg.

What is the correct way to get a diff of the updated plib pa24-250? I
tried the following:

cvs diff -puRNrPRE_OSG_PLIB_20061029 > patch_file.diff

This produced a patch that looked correct except for some of the
textures.
