Committed. Well, actually I have missed this patch and first committed the one from Sun, 01 Jul 2007, but then committed the rest. I hope I din't mess anything up. Please check. All files in the sg/sound dir are tagged before and after the changes with (BEFORE|AFTER)_OPENAL_WORKAROUND so that one can easier see what the "regular" version is, and what had to be added because of the OpenAL bug.
