... but forgot to mention a link ... :-)

The 787 is really the only airliner to show off! All others have
one or the other nice strong side (mostly nice 3D models), but
none is as complete.

I haven't yet commented on what the 0.9.11 release should contain,
but for me the 787, the A-6E and the A6M2 are candidates. (And
frankly, the Rascal and the wrightFlyer just aren't.)

But there are problems with the 787:

- the naming of the *-set.xml files is *BAD*. This shouldn't be
  787-set.xml, AN787-set.xml (What?! Antonov-787?), CO787-set.xml,
and FC787-set.xml. The principle should be to name the generic
type first, and further details then. that is:
  787-set.xml, 787-AN-set.xml, 787-CO-set.xml, 787-FC-set.xml

Please fix that. Starting with "random" letters makes the aircraft
hard to find in sorted lists, or when using command line completion.

(There's a reason why iso dates are YYYYMMDD, not the utterly
  braindead MMDDYYYY. :-)

- the chase view doesn't "chase" the aircraft, but its view point
is in *front* of the aircraft, which is very annoying. The cause
seems to be a "funny" <z-offset-m> setting instead of a correct
  <chase-distance-m> setting.
