Given that only the labels 'runway' and 'taxiway' are assigned in 
FGRunwaysList::add this simple check should be ok. Note that it is now no 
longer possible to get taxiways out of the runway DB. Don't know whether this 
affects some instruments (KLN89, mk_viii, ....) as they loop over 
runways/taxiways.

Independent of this issue I'm currently revising the runway code putting unit 
tests to it anyway.
