Why push for a stopgap solution?

Code to do this has been in the Sport Model for eons.

  http://www.av8n.com/fly/fgfs/README.sport.model

The information to make this work is available in the existing
databases; there is no need to put stopgap modifications into
the databases ... and such modifications would create long-term
database maintenance burdens.
