Heh, sorry if my quip wasn't clear. I meant that most joysticks these days have enough buttons and switches that trim is available at the fingertip. So trimming the J3 Cub is as easy for a joystick user as trimming a plane that has clickable trim control in the cockpit. For this reason it might be nice to disable trim (by key or by joystick) for planes that don't actually have trim. OTOH, some people might not be so interested in authenticity and get mad if they can't trim the plane.
