Yes, there are several files with insufficient or no "var" use. This isn't a case of emergency, and certainly not a showstopper for the release. We can weed the fragile code out over time. It's just something to consider. The problem with that dangerous code is, that it can break other code, and with it the whole system, but no Nasal error message will point you there, as it's syntactically and semantically correct code.
