I did find the switch. It's not really a problem, but mainly a usability 
comment: The B1990d is a bit special, in that all other aircraft selected for 
the release either come up in cold configuration, requiring a full engine 
start (either manually, by tutorial, or by magic), or are coming up ready to 
go. The B1900d seems a bit in between with the engine running but without the 
avionics turned on.

Okay, I think I found the problem: Looks like I've been running fgfs against a 
copy of the base package which I hadn't updated in a while (not that it would 
affect the release: I'm preparing that on a different computer). I'm 
currently updating and will try again soon.

Yesterday, I began to notice that my ISP's spam filter is beginning to spew 
false alarms on our mailing lists, causing about half the emails from sf 
lists to end up in my spambox account, it looks like things are back to 
normal, but I'm did miss a few messages, which is why I'm jumping into this
