Shouldn't you just export LC_ALL? All other *nix programs seems to get language
from env variables (LC_* and LANG, the order they override each other can be
confusing). So maybe like: export LC_ALL="sv_SE" (though there is no Swedish
locale for fg, maybe I'll make one if I get time).
